How we can help

Testing built around your property—not a one-size-fits-all package.

From a single-area concern to a complex commercial loss, the scope follows the evidence and the decisions you need to make.

01

Mold Inspection & Testing

Visual inspection, moisture mapping, thermal imaging, air sampling, surface sampling, and professional laboratory analysis.

02

Indoor Air Quality & VOC Testing

Targeted screening and advanced investigation for VOCs, formaldehyde, particulates, carbon dioxide, odors, and other indoor-air concerns.

03

Post-Remediation Verification

Independent clearance inspections that document whether remediation objectives were achieved before reconstruction or reoccupancy.

04

Remediation Protocols

Clear, contractor-ready scopes that translate laboratory findings into practical steps, controls, cleaning procedures, and verification requirements.

Get clear next steps

You receive a plain-English report with findings, condition classification, and practical recommendations.

More than a lab sheet

A report you can understand—and use.

Your report connects the laboratory findings to the conditions observed at the property. When corrective work is needed, the protocol is organized so a remediation contractor can execute it without guessing.

  • Plain-English executive summary
  • Indoor-to-outdoor laboratory comparison
  • Condition classification and limitations
  • Moisture and environmental observations
  • Prioritized recommendations
  • Contractor-ready protocol when required
THE GCE DIFFERENCE
“Science you can trust.
Air you can breathe.”

No fear-based sales. No remediation upsell. Just documented findings, honest explanation, and a clear path forward.

Eddie Green is the owner and Certified Mold Inspector at Green Country Environmental. With more than 17 years of experience in disaster restoration, water damage, microbial contamination, and large-loss projects, he brings an uncommon field perspective to every inspection.

Having worked in both remediation and independent assessment, Eddie understands how contamination develops, how it should be documented, and how corrective work must be performed in the field. His approach is simple: educate the client, follow the evidence, and provide honest recommendations without using the inspection to sell remediation.

Discuss Your Inspection

Common questions

Know what you’re getting before we arrive.

Do you perform mold remediation?+

No. Green Country Environmental is an independent inspection and testing company. We do not profit from remediation, so our findings remain focused on the evidence.

What is included in an inspection?+

The scope is tailored to the property and concern. It can include visual assessment, moisture mapping, thermal imaging, environmental readings, air or surface samples, laboratory analysis, and a written report.

How quickly will I receive results?+

Timing depends on laboratory turnaround and project complexity. We explain the expected schedule before sampling and keep you informed throughout the process.

Can you inspect crawlspaces and attics?+

Yes. Attic and crawlspace evaluations can be added when those areas are accessible and relevant to the concern.

Do you provide a remediation protocol?+

Yes. When remediation is warranted, we can prepare a detailed, contractor-friendly protocol based on the laboratory findings and site conditions.
