What to expect
You stay informed from the first call through the final report.
We start with your concerns, the property history, and the areas that need attention.
We document conditions using professional moisture, thermal, visual, air, and surface-sampling methods.
Appropriate samples are submitted to a professional laboratory for identification and analysis.
You receive a plain-English report with findings, condition classification, and practical recommendations.
More than a lab sheet
Your report connects the laboratory findings to the conditions observed at the property. When corrective work is needed, the protocol is organized so a remediation contractor can execute it without guessing.
“Science you can trust.
Air you can breathe.”
No fear-based sales. No remediation upsell. Just documented findings, honest explanation, and a clear path forward.
DETECT • INSPECT • PROTECTMeet your inspector
Eddie Green is the owner and Certified Mold Inspector at Green Country Environmental. With more than 17 years of experience in disaster restoration, water damage, microbial contamination, and large-loss projects, he brings an uncommon field perspective to every inspection.
Having worked in both remediation and independent assessment, Eddie understands how contamination develops, how it should be documented, and how corrective work must be performed in the field. His approach is simple: educate the client, follow the evidence, and provide honest recommendations without using the inspection to sell remediation.
Straightforward pricing
Pricing depends on property size, accessible areas, and the number of laboratory samples needed. You approve the scope and price before testing begins.
